If you're signed into your account, just head on over to Profile, which is located below My Account and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Select Sign In, which is located at the top right hand side of ZREGGUR.com, and click on "Forgot Your Password."
Simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any zreggur email.
EMAIL VERIFICATION TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT: WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE VERIFICATION EMAIL?
Check your email spam or other folders, and look for an email from customerservice@zreggur.com with the subject line ‘One-click Verification’. You can re-trigger the verification email from this flow by logging in.
You'll need to be able to access the email address you used to create your account with ZREGGUR in order to verify it and complete setting up your account.
As you Create An Account on ZREGGUR.com, after you enter your email and password, you will receive a verification email with a link to click to verify. This link will bring you back to the website to continue your shopping journey.
You only have to verify your email once upon account creation.

The verification email will expire after 30 minutes.
You can check your domestic order status and details by using our Order Status Form or by logging in to your account. Please keep in mind that customized products will ship separately and may occur in multiple shipments.
We process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders can’t be edited once they’ve been placed. Please note, orders can only be cancelled within the first hour they’re placed. To cancel your order while within this time window, simply navigate to order history inside your account or visit the order status link here. We are unable to cancel orders after this window has passed. If you need to submit a return for an uncustomized product, please visit our self-service return portal here.
Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. For customized products, including collegiate and prepared designs, processing can range from 1-2 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Customized and non-customized products on the same order will ship separately. Customized products require additional processing time and will be shipped once it is completed.
Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please note that customized products will ship separately, and you will receive a separate email with the tracking number for custom products. If you have more than one custom product in an order, multiple shipments may occur.
If a product is out of stock, simply enter your email address in the notification box after you select the product you would like to purchase. You’ll receive an email once it becomes available.
Once you add your ZREGGUR items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code under View Cart or on the Check Out page under the Payment section. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.
